Non Encumbrance Certificate

Citizens can apply from nearby CSC or can apply themselves  in the website https://megedistrict.gov.in by clicking the Sign Link. Citizens who do have account for login may register into the website  through the link https://megedistrict.gov.in/citizenRegistration.html. Following are the documents required for applying the service:-

1. Proof of ownership: Lease/Will/Gift/Sale/Declaration deed etc registered in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner(Registration Branch), West Jaintia Hills District,Jowai

2. EPIC / Aadhar.
