NOC required for setting up of explosives manufacturing, storage, sale, transport

Citizens can apply from nearby CSC or can apply themselves  in the website https://megedistrict.gov.in by clicking the Sign Link. Citizens who do have account for login may register into the website  through the link https://megedistrict.gov.in/citizenRegistration.html. Following are the documents required for applying the service:-

1. Letter of Intent(LOI)
2. Layout Drawing Plan
3. Registered Lease Deed/Gift Deed
4. Copy of Land Holding Certificate
5. Approval from PWD/NHAI
6. NOC from the Concerned Headman and Dolloi
